Интересная задумка.
Хотя я была в восторге от замысла этой книги, к сожалению, её реализация разочаровала менч. Мне понравилось представление LGBTQ + персонажей, так как это невероятно важно, и нам нужно продолжать нормализовать и поддерживать в YA. Однако с точки зрения сюжета и написания эта книга полностью провалилась для меня. Единственная причина, по которой я действительно могу рекомендовать эту книгу — достаточно легкое чтение с забавным поворотом классической сказки и важными элементами девушек, свергающих патриархат. Однако неудовлетворительное исполнение многообещающей предпосылки оставляло желать лучшего.

В этой книге сказка о Золушке - реальность, которая создала настоящую антиутопию, в которой у девушек нет выбора, кроме как быть выданными замуж. Главная героиня не хочет мириться с такими порядками и готова бороться за свою свободу и любовь. Сюжет книги довольно оригинален и наполнен напряжёнными моментами
