Книга со странным названием "Ф. М." это третий роман Бориса Акунина о похождениях и приключениях британского потомка Э. П. Фандорина баронета, магистра истории, а теперь российского гражданина, отца двоих детей Николаса Фандорина. Считаю, что это лучшая книга в этой серии, и вот почему: во-первых, Ф. М., а именно, Фёдор Михайлович Достоевский, глыба, классик, почитаемый и читаемый во всем мире. Казалось бы, страшно прикоснуться к его творчеству, рискнуть, придумать и написать коммерческую, конъюнктурную, детективную версию известнейшего романа "Преступление и наказание", не оскорбив при этом классика и его поклонников. Но ведь получилось! Во-вторых, другая, реальная, сюжетная линия, повествующая о расследовании, которое проводит Николас, чрезвычайно увлекательная, динамичная, герои яркие, порой эксцентричные, но не гротескные. Чтение доставляет истинное удовольствие, а мастерство автора вызывает восхищение!
