Стивен Фрай обладает бесподобным талантом к пересказу известных всем мифов увлекательно. В этой книге он касается подвигов знаменитых героев греческой мифологии.
Плюсы
Самый большой плюс книги — безусловно, язык. Фрая легко читать, он щедро сдабривает повествование юмором, каламбурами, игрой слов. Не менее прекрасно оформление книги, как снаружи (двойная обложка), так и внутри (вставки с цветными фотографиями произведений древнегреческого искусства).
Минусы
Смущает обилие имён, которые очень сложно запомнить сразу. Не в упрёк автору, конечно: богов и героев в Древней Греции придумали мама не горюй.
