Книга Danielle Steel "Silent night" была первая книга этой американской писательницы, которую я прочитал на английском языке. Язык очень простой, но не примитивный, а просто аккуратный. Судьба главных героев захватывает с первых страниц книги. Очень трогательная история отношений между ребенком и взрослым, вызывает настоящее сопереживание и сочувствие главным героям. Конечно многое предсказуемо, но от этого не менее интересно.
