Когда я был молод, я проводил много времени в местной библиотеке, и мне очень понравилась эта книга, поскольку она вызывала и пробуждала воспоминания и чувства ностальгии о тех днях.
В центре романа — библиотека Чалкот и яркие и странные персонажи, часто посещающие ее комнаты. Библиотеки — это не только места, наполненные книгами, но и различные персонажи, которые посещают их по разным причинам. Многие из них спасаются от трудных ситуаций, а некоторые ищут дружеского общения и товарищества, но у каждого есть своя история.
Все эти люди посещают библиотеку, и этот роман рассказывает о том, что происходит, когда приходит известие о закрытии библиотеки.
